Hi Friends:
Been a long time passive reader on this thread. Heart felt thanks to LC_Virginia,Joyd and the passionate Jharkhandi and others for organising such an informative platform to benefit everyone here.
Felt it was time to share my details with the rest of the strugglers. Please find my info on the signature section.
I can't make much of it as it stands, but guess it will get clearer going forward. I think my case is going in the direction (atleast I hope it does) Jharkhandi is theorising on ....

I485 - ND: 01/26/2004 (1st FP scheduled 11/13/2004)
EAD AD: 04/20/2004
AP AD: 04/23/2004

Processing times jumped

Hi All,

the processing times for 485 jumped from november 2002 (updated oct6) to June 2003 (update oct 22).

Looks like faster approvals likely.

I mean in which state you labor was filed and when it got approved

140/485/EAD/AP Notice Date : 15th Oct 2004

I will appreciate if someone can create a new coloumns for Labor date's and state where labor was filed.

The second column holds the labor state and date information.

Understand your feelings joyd. I guess it is due to VSC processing cases in two locations. Good partis that 2003 people who get FP, get approval in couple of weeks. One of my friends did his FP 6 weeks back and got approval in 2 weeks! So hope for the best. And if that still doesn't makes you feel better, think people are waiting for 140 approval who applied in late 2002 and some in mid 2002! These are not just EB2 guys, but lots of them are EB3 folks who see dates getting to mid 2004 for EB3 approvals and their cases are untouched!!

Finger Print Notice received

Received Finger Print Notice for me and my wife. Finger print is due on Dec 03 2004 at Boston center.

Just curious, is it ok to go in advance and get the finger prints done??

I just checked the Online status for my case.
It has an LUD of 10/22 but the case status says the same thing.
Also checked VSC dates , it says that they are processing 8/16
My ND is 8/18
Any ideas??
 
I got my I-140 approved today i just got the message from USCIS.Please update the tracker with my info
