if suppose EAD/AP approved for me and didnt approve for my wife?
is like that also happens or is there anything wrong?
is that we have to call and ask customer service?

I have a good news to share.

My I-140 approved on 22nd and I received mail from USCIS on 23rd.

My case is LC Substitute filed under EB3.

I-140
ND: 5th April 2004
AD: 22nd September 2004

I-485
ND: 5th April 2004
No FP and No LUD changes
 
I140 approved

Labor filed (state MA - EB3): June 2002
Labor approved (federal): October 2003
I140 filed (VSC): Early February 2004
I485/EAD/AP filed (VCS): August 2004 (filed as non-concurrent?)
I140 Approved: September 2004 (could be August 2004 as well)

I am not exactly sure when my approval came through and my attorney was on vacation for the last four weeks.

Tracker corrected and updated.

karan29, after the previous update of the tracker, there were several messages in this thread from people to update the tracker. You updated the tracker without including the info from all those people, so we were missing a lot of information in your updated tracker.

All, if you update the tracker yourself, PLEASE make sure you update information from all the people who have posted in this thread after the last update of the tracker. If you do not want to do it, or do not have the patience to do it, please post your information on the thread, and someone will update the tracker for you.

I still have not received my FP notice, but we got my spouse's notice in the mail yesterday. (I am the primary applicant)
One copy of the notice came to us at home, and one copy was sent to my attorney.
 
Tracker suggestion

Suggestion: A bold visible note on top of the Excel tracker spreadsheet stating that anybody who tries to update the spreadsheet, should update info from all previously posted messages. Or let LC_Virginia or other memebrs, who update the excel spreadsheet regularly do it for them. This should help new users as well as people who try to help by trying to post their info but fail to update others info.

Primary applicant and minor applicant EADs got approved on Sep 15th.But for my spouse EAD not yet approved and no change in LUD.

People asked me to wait.Any more information please let me know
