This is a really a good news. It seems that VSC finally started processing EB2 I-140 applications.

FP notices received

Both my husband and I received the 1st FP notice today. Online status is NOT updated with the FP notice. (LUD for 485 is not changed for both of us).

The notice date for our 140 and 485 is 2/17/04. Our 140 has been approved.

LC_Virginia, please update the tracker. Thanks a bunch for your hard work!

Good luck to everyone waiting out there. I'll post if I hear any news about 485 after the FP.

Both. Atleast in our case. Attorney called and told that they received the FP, but by that time we already received the FP to our Home address. Though the 485 message was not changed when they issued the FP. Surprisingly had 2 covers in the mail, from Vermont service center for both of us.

Already done the FP on Sep 7th 2004.

I just checked the status of my I140 application, The LUD has changed, it is now 09/24/2004 as compared to old 05/05/2004. My notice date is 04/30/2004, but the message is as follows:-

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on April 30, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It taking between bla bla bla ..........

What does this means? Any ideas? :confused:

Mine is a con-current EB3 type of application.

VSC is doing some strange processing. one of my friend applied concurrent filing last month and now he got FP date but no updateon ead/ap/140

another friend applied 3 weeks back and he got ap/ead approved but no news on 140/fp

its good that we also get FP notices to our address
like that if we can get any info of 140 then it will be nice
becoz empoyer wont provide any 140 info

Is there anyone in this forum who went to Alexandria, ASC for their FP. If so, is it possible to get it done before the scheduled date ?

Education question

I work for company COMPANY_A and company COMPANY_B has filed my I140 and I485 on a EB3 substitue labor. I am yet to receive the receipt numbers etc.

My education is 12+3 (12 + 3 yrs Bachelor Of Commerce degree from India). I have 10 yrs experience + a lot of computer diplomas and certificates. I had also done education evaluation and sent evaluation papers along with the application.

Question: I have read on different threads that cases like mine are having some issues. Is this correct? Can somebody throw some light on this please?

I was in the same boat till my 140 cleared last month, mine is 12+3(BCOM)+2(MBA).

Dont get Pareshan and releas, you will get GC soooon.

140/485 con---5/04, waiting for 485

Same thing happened with my EAD(LUD changed twice 9/24 and 9/27). Dunno what this means??
