    RFE for I-485 after retrogression

    I got 3 different RFE emails from USCIS for I-140, I-485 and my wife I-485. My attorney didn't received them in mail yet. My priority date is July 25th 2003 which is much later than Jan 1st 2002 (Cutt Of date), but still looks like NSC is going through my case, irrespective of retrogression...
