Finally...finally....finally.........approval
After a long wait, I am finally able to say - "I am approved".
At 6 p.m., USCIS site said both our (spouse and me) cases are approved; got approval e-mail around 8.30 p.m. I still cannot believe my eyes.
They received my RFE response only on 01/20 - I cannot believe they would approve my case within 3 business days. Keeping my fingers crossed for approval notice.
I wish each and every one you good luck in getting an approval soon. It has been the most frustrating 3 years of my life yet - many things in my life were pending greencard approval. I was a silent observer to this site. Thanks to everyone for providing me moral support.
Finally, I truly hate NSC - rest assured, I will not apply for citizenship with them.
