I came to know the similar news from one of my friend.

Case approved with PD in March 2002, I-140/485 RD May 2002, EB3-IND-MN

I am EB3/MI PD 1999. can you confirm the information is true since P D in March 2002, I-140/485 RD May 2002 means his LC got approved in 2 months i am not sure if that possible in MI at that time. The reason i am asking is i have friends who have PD's after 2002
