rangav, I really don't think there is any necessity to carry termination letter for BCIS interview. I had never thought about it until i heard from the BCIS officer. The officer was fine with my answer of non-availability of termination letter on the spot.

I don't think i've heard before about this type of case. If your wife is derivative applicant, then she may not require any letter from Rapidm(assuming Rapidm sponsered your grenncard). If BCIS requires further document, defnitely they'll issue an RFE.
