I got both the approval notices for me and family and the plastic cards today by mail. I thank this site and people in the forum for their valuable suggestion/advise/comfort during the waiting (retrogressed) period. I once again wish everyone waiting a speedy adjudicaiton. Regards ;)

Hi Xusch, LUD means, the last update made against your case. If you register yourselves in usicis.gov as a customer, you'll be able to see the date indicated against your case #. Hope this helps Thanks

Hi, I have a basic question. If the PD is current, does it mean that the Visa# is available? In my case, my PD is 03/01 and is current, so does it mean that they have visa#s available? Appreciate your response Thanks

I heard from my Attorney too (like AZCAL) that due to BI-Specialization program, the cases might get transferred to TSC or NSC. But my attorney says that it is very vague at this time. With regard to the I-485 Employment based dates have gone backwards in TSC and NSC as well.

I too agree with the # principle. Here is what I found. My # is EAC06191xxxxx filed on June 8th, 2006. EAC - VSC 06 - Year of filing 191 - is the # of days remaining in the calender year (June 8th thru Dec 31st = 191 days) Aakash28, BTW...what # series are you seeing as approved...

Hi Duck008, If you have your I-140 approved and I-485 filed and 180days passed, you may file AC-21 and switch your job. If you could get a fresh H1 instead of invoking EAD, is better. Thanks Newkidhere

Hi, My I-485 filed in June. My Attorney did not receive the Receipt Notice yet. However, I got the FP notice where the I-485 # was given. I think, you should also be getting something of that sort. You may call USCIS and verify. Thanks Newkidhere
