I had an LUD on 08/12/07 for Approved AP (June 20,2007). On 08/14/07 see LUD for I-485.

I also see an LUD (08/14/07) on my case as well. Hope it leads to Approval. Also, on 08/12/07, there was an LUD on AP which was approved on 06/20/07.

Looks like we talked to the same lady and she asked the same questions. She was not helpful. Last week when I called the Name check has been cleared. But today I was told the name check is pending and it expires every 15 months. Don't believe any thing IOs say.

I was also told the same thing by TSC IO, on Friday 07/13. If it's true, then some people will be stuck for long as FP expires every 15 months and FBI takes more than 2 years to look at it. So, it's like doing football between USCIS & FBI. Stupid process.

Waiting. One day NC pending. Next day, NC cleared, other day one NC cleared, but other one pending. fourth day, they want to know underwear size. don't believe whatever IO/Infopass says. It will come when they feel guilty for not approving.
