Recently we had see many approvals from PD 2001/2002 with RD2002/2003/2004/2005. If you see most of them were EB2...

IF YOU ARE EB3 AND HAVE PD 2003/2004 AND RD 2003/2004 PLEASE POST HEAR.

WE WANT TO TRACK EB3 FOLKS WHO ARE STILL PENDING..

Waiting.
One day NC pending. Next day, NC cleared, other day one NC cleared, but other one pending. fourth day, they want to know underwear size.

don't believe whatever IO/Infopass says. It will come when they feel guilty for not approving.

Count me in too..

I had an infopass today, the IO said case is pre-adjudicated and under review. No info on Visa# allocation..Not sure what's cooking for me. I had responded to NOID and it was recieved by TSC on 6/19 and still no response.. opened couple of SRs ( one in May and other in June) no response.
