In the morning I got approved, I finally saw it showing "Your finger print was received...." the old crap msg and after I arrived at my office (1 hr later) it suddently changed to " Your case was approved on June 16...." I hope this will happen to you too

Let me not giving you false hope but it did happen to me, two days before my case was approved, suddently I can not access my case status, either showing the same msg like yours or simply showing server 500 error. maybe they are touching your case. Just hanging there

sairam1 I am EB2 and works for a medium size consultant company (5000 people) Never change company until May 2004 and still work at same client. Non concurrent 140/485 and my lawyer told me they use Programmer Analyst as title I hope this will help Steve

Hi Everybody, finally my 485 is approved for both my wife and me. However, there is a funky situation now, my wife went back to my country with advance parole a month ago for summer vacation and now our 485 are approved, she might have issue coming back to US with advance parole approval...

I happened to me too when using TAX ID but different if using Employer Telephone. So try phone numb
