Just a word of advice, we used to post data as well when we were at the DOL stage, but always hid the last digit and never posted identifiable data-such as salary. This is just to protect the poster from unnecessary trouble from irate candidates. Imagine what could happen if someone complains to DOL! They may make it difficult to track cases in the future. It is good to see your enthusiasm and dedication in gathering and disseminating this info.

DOL not updating the Auto Reply system ?

My case number is 054022xx and still waiting for approval .

Are there anymore cases approved within the 22xx series other than what Steve has posted yesterday ? Please post.

Hi Guys,
Mine is a big sad case........

Mine was denied RIR EB2 Cert in Dec 2001 by Chicago DOL.
MY lawyer sent extra recruitment information to MI SESA again on Dec 21st 2001.
MI SESA Sent it back to Chicago DOL on 17th Jan 2002.

How much time it might take for Chicago DOL to put my case with new case number????
Will the PD of the old application holds good??????
Any ideas????

My LC was filed with IDES on Nov 9th 2001. It was passed to Chicago Dol on Jan 27th 2002. Hope this helps. My application is RIR EB3

22XX still waiting. Most cases from 222X to 224X are waiting.

Someone who was allocated these cases must have gone on leave or something. How does it work at DOL. Do they assign a bunch of cases to a single person or something.
 
Finding your case number

Send an email to this address: LCSTATUS05@doleta.gov and in the body of the message only enter: Employer tax ID: XXXXXXXXXX
You should get the response with info about all the cases your employer has pending. You can sort your case out by salary and the date of notification from DOL.

anyone received Hard copy in Feb. My case was approved on 01/29 and waiting for it......
 
No hard copy yet.

However I have not called my attorney\'s office lately. My paralegal told me she would send a copy of labor cert with a questionaire for I140 as soon as they receive the hardcopy. I will leave a posting on this thread once I hear about the hardcopy.
 
tool question.

just curious, i wrote a small tool too which send mail to dol using java mail and then sleep for some time and then again send some more mail.
then on my inbox i put some rules where it sorts the incomming mail to diff folders like soft engg and approved etc.
I could not figure out how to read the microsoft .dbx file using java.
how does ur tool generate one report from the incomming emails.

Good news, my labor cert is finally approved. today i checked the system and it got approved y\'day. it was long wait but i think i am very lucky.
Now waiting for hard copy.
