I was working on H1 initially. I applied for my i-485 and got my EAD and advance parole. I started working on EAD after expiry of my H1. Now I am travelling out tof the country. Can I use my parole to get back in? Anyone in same situation, please provide help

This is not an extension. But a new H1 from the same company. Lawyer suggested this. He told me that as I didn't utilize full six years, it is not bounded by the cap...Not sure...Suggestions???

I have one more concern: My job title was Senior Systems Analyst for the first three years of H1. As it is expired now(I am on EAD), I want to apply for H1 as a back up ( if i140 gets denied..). The job title on the substituted labor is programmer analyst. My lawyer is suggesting to apply for...

Thanks again, We asked for a duplicate labor from DOL. They replied with a letter explaining that they will send the duplicate only on a request from an immigration officer from USCIS. They also sent us a copy of their document. I hope this will work....

Thanks We got the second RFE asking for the original labor. We are planning to attach the letter from DOL and form 750 PartB. We are planning to apply for H1 as a backup since we have 3 years left on H1. Will H1 cap apply for this case?
