I went to Chennai and applied for H1 visa stamping. They asked for more company info. There was not enough time to get the docs. Came back to US on Parole (from my wife's 485).
Can I still work on H1? Do I have to use my EAD(form my wife's 485 ).
Can I extend my H1 for the 7th year?
