Hi all,
The company that I am working for has filed for me an I140/485 with labor substitution under EB3 Category.
1>After filing the I140 with substituted labor, another labor which has me as the original beneficiary got approved. So my question is can this same company now file for another I140/485 for me using this approved labor under the same EB3 category.
2>Also by filing a new I140 with the labor which has me as the original beneficiary, Can this labor priority date replace the labor substituted priority date if it is earlier than the labor substituted priority date.
