My 485 date is 18th May, 2002. I opened up an inquiry for both of us almost 3 weeks back but haven't heard anything from INS. Max. time they told me would be 4 weeks. Is it advisable to call them again after 30 days or just keep on waiting? Please assist. JAI SAI RAM

Please keep us posted Please keep us posted if anyone gets approval on EAD RFE for primary applicants. Lot of people (mostly prim appl) are waiting for their approvals while spouses got it already. Only GOD could save us from them.
