I did not try local office because 90 haven't passed yet in my case.

Do u have an RFE?

Is there any issue if you go early before 90 days? I was thinking they might open yr file and it might help.

Also in my RFE notice, it's written 60 days after which i can call service centre and may be open an inquiry.

Also I was thinking if local office could issue me IEAD on 61st day?

Is it better to open an inquuiry first or go to local office?

What's yr date on RFE notice?

I think it would be better if you call TSC first. Get their opinion. Please post your TSC call experience after you talk to them
