Feb 02 pending cases

MY staatus request came back saying you will hear from us in next 45 to 60 days after two requests status is "pending service consideration".
What does it mean? Any clue?

Same here, sent expedite fax. Last week called the 800# and was told that I will hear in the next 30 days bla bla. They initiated a status inquiry. Also sent name check request to FBI on first week of July
 
Search this forum for FBI name check fax/phone #. Send your info to them and they will let you know if INS had requested a name check and when the results were sent back to them.
