We have valid H1-H4 visas but not on the passport and also Adavance Parole. Do we still need to get the transit visa even if we do not have to get down from the plane via paris to India.

I am on the same boat, but I am still waiting for my H1 extension. Please let me know if there are any options. If my H1 gets approved I can stay till March 2005, which I am hoping for.
