Hi All,

I received my 485 approval for me and my wife today. It has been considerable process time without any queries thorough out my process.

I'm happy for you, and since I know all the anxiety it involves I'm happy for your family as well.
But I don't understand why uscis does not follow any order what so ever in approvals. There are so many 2002 and 2003 applicants like me still waiting. Why do they jump and approve 2004 cases if their processing date is supposed to be 04/2003?
I just give up! My priority date is 2002 and it seems for my case it has not help at... I feel very unfortunate and I keep loosing my faith little by little. :(

Hope you understand the big blessing you have just received and be gratefull for ever.
 
I-485 approved

I got my magic E-mail this evening. But my wife's I-485 is not approved. We both applied together and in fact I got RFE on my medical reports on April 22nd. Replied to RFE on May 10th and got approved today. Hope they will approve my wife's I-485 pretty soon. Thank you all and wish you all good luck.
EB3 - substitute(PD March 2001)
I-140/I-485 - October 2nd 2004
I-140 aproved - April 21st
Fp - March 22nd
I-485 - Approved on May 12th.

I didn't call anyone to check the fingerprint status.
