You need to carry only the documents that they requested. You can carry the extra documents - but it is not required. Courtesy copy is good enough for stamping - you do not need the original. It will be good to have from your lawyer though - IMHO. RD: July 2002 Approved - May 2004 Regards

What are the contents of the RFE ??? I got RFEs for EAD and AP as well for my spouse (requesting my I-140 and I-485 receipt). After I send the RFEs it was about 2 weeks that both my cases got approved.

My advise would be to include a cover letter saying that you fall under AC21 category. There are sample letters in this forum - search for them. Also, make sure that EVL states the same job responsibilities/duties as in your I-140. Good Luck!

YES - this means that your case has been approved. I had a similar message for my EAD application and I go tmy EAD card in mail in 7-10 days. CONGRATS!

Another question? I fall under AC21 category since I changed employers though after 180 days of 485 application. Should I include anything else with my RFE as well ??? Please advice - thanks!

I got an RFE from INS requesting: 1. Current employment letter - no problem 2. Ability to pay - tax return and financial statments from my employer - is this valid - do you know if companies give out this kind of info - I work for a private company 3. My W-2s and Tax returns for 3 years...
