These LUDs mean nothing. My case was updated on 6/3/2004. REF, 2nd FP done, but nothing has happened until now... Actually I had some hope, but now all is gone!!! It is very frustrating :(

They contacted CSC. Our WAC nos start with wac-02-080-***** 2nd FP done..

Just heard from our lawyer that our case is with an officer and if we do not hear anything from INS in two weeks our lawyers will need to contact them. Does that mean there is light at the end of the tunnel? How long does it normally take? Thanks

Hopefully what Kashmir said is true..Our case has a touch date of 03/06. We responded to RFE, done 2nd FP (INS had updated status on both of these, but it remains as rcvd., 2nd FP). I have been checking my online status many times today with some hope... It is very frustrating after 2 1/2...

Last update date was May 7th after recieving FP results. Today it has been updated again.

Hmm.., another day of disappointement. My last updated date changed without the status message change. Anyone in the same situation?

Same case with my Husband. I rcvd. and RFE (Medical tests) and he did not. He is the primary applicant. Both rcvd. notice for FP though.., but his online case message did not change!!

Online message changed to RFE, but Lawyer has not rcvd. it yet. My husband is a primary applicant and he has not yet rcvd. anything!!!, I am worried for him...
