Guess what

One of my friends got his 485 approval notice today. His notice date was around nov -2002, he just responded to the rfe last month, lucky for him his finger prints had not expired. He received it yesterday. I am assuming there are going to more of those in the comming day.

2. Sponser's ability to pay
3. Medical Exam
4. 2 Photos
5. 3 years of W2 forms

My laywer replied to RFE on Apr 2, 2004.
I used AC21 since I changed job after 2 years from I-485 processing.

Online status Updated to RFE received on Apr 9, 2004

I'm still waiting for the final result.
 
Online message changed to RFE, but Lawyer has not rcvd. it yet. My husband is a primary applicant and he has not yet rcvd. anything!!!, I am worried for him...

Received RFE:
1-Employment letter to show I have full-time and permanent job
2-Last 3 years w2s.

Recieved second fp. Appointment was for mid May. Since we had moved to a different city, we just went to local office and had it done. There was no line, we did not have any problem.

Online status changed to "FP results received" in a couple of days.

I got the similar RFE and I have sent a response on April 21st.

What are the dates of your RFE?

wittAAAA: What is the WAC Series? and what are your ND/RD/FP/RFE Generated/Recd Date dates? What was your RFE for?

I also got a RFE for EVL, ax Returns, W-2 and AC21 explain why?
and my attorney has sent the paper work on 21st and they recd them on 23rd.

Please post all the details.

Regarding to my RFE, it is a simple and regular one. They asked for 3 years' tax return, EVL, w-2, and 3 paystubs. The RFE did mention ability to pay, but I don't think it is requesting something. Anyway, attorney enclosed company's tax info in the response also.

Btw, what's your wac sereies?

RFE Sent/Recieved: April 12, 2004
FP2 done on April 10th, 2004

RFE status was updated as Recieved on April 12 and now the message says "FP recieved on April 17th 2004"

Still waiting for Approval...

MAMBO,
When you say the case was last touched on April 20th, do you mean hat the LAST UPDATED Date on the website after yopu login ?

Yes, the date shown on the website when logged on to my account is April 20th 2004. RFE received by INS was April 7th. As usal applications will go into some kind of hibernation phase......Waiting for some kind of decision.....

Probably. most of WAC 03 cases could have been in the same state, once you reply to RFE.

I have to send soemthing very urgent (1-2-3) days.
so would be greatly helpful

I am assumiing the Recevied date you guys are talking about is either form the online info ..that says theat we recieved ur info and suhc and such date or the actula receipt that was mailed back to ur address.

Dates I mentioned are BCIS website status dates.

I actually mailed my RFE to BCIS on April 1st.

Dates taken are from the USCIS website, mailed on April 6th and received by USCIS on April 7th. By the way our lawyer uses Fed Ex next day service.

kbusam, can u update your "touch dates" on ur I485. You can obtain this info by establishing an account with USCIS.

My wife's case (WAC-03-037-5XXXX) also has been approved
