Lawyer confirmed today that it is an RFE.

RFE for EVL, Employer's ability to pay, W2, paystubs etc.

Does anyknow what documents are needed to prove the employer's ability to pay?

My attorney's office says that last 3 years paystubs will do (36 monthly or 78 two weekly paystubs).

Anyone has any additional ideas ?

Received RFE as well.. Old lawyer forwarded it to the new lawyer. Notice is for EVL etc just like everyone else is getting.

Did you do your 2nd FP and did the RFE message change after completing the 2nd FP to processing resumed....and....blah
 
We didn't do the 2nd FP yet. The status shows as RFE sent for my husband's case as he is the primary applicant and processing resumed ( after 1st FP ) for my case. We have an appointment to do the 2nd RFP on April 6th.

Is the RFE mailed to the attorney only or do we also get it from
INS?
Is it possible to find out before receiving the RFE what it is that
they need? maybe that way I can save some time.

i haven t responded to rfe yet as im still waiting for transcripts from irs..changed address and send ar11..how do i know if they had issued 2nd fp notice? the status check does not reflect the history on it..

now my problems:

1. company name change in 2001 from A to B without informing INS-same owners, same contract but different tax ID no. then company name returned to A again in 2002.
2. salary is about 40% lower than labor cert.
3. h1 expired in 12/14/01 lawyer filed I485 12/24/01 and RD is 12/30/01.

PLS i need advice!!!

Employers Tax returns

Pages of all Passports - specifically they say that 1996 entry stamps are missing (they are in fact there, just other stamps have been stamped over them).
 
I have a question on the medical exam form (I-693).
When we sent the sealed letter that the doctor gave us, all copies were in the letter. Aren't we supposed get the "applicant" copy back from INS?

The thing is we never got the I-693 copy for applicants back from INS. Can I get some feedback on this? Or was the doctor supposed to give us our copy before sealing the letter and sending it?

My daughter got an RFE for a new medical exam and we have no record of what her TB skin test was. If it was positive we were going to get her chest X-ray done. The doctor who previously did the exam said they don't keep any records of immig medical exam so it's a bummer.:(

Any feedback greatly appreciate.
