I am in the same boat as you were. Wondering if you could help?. My spouse has his citizenship and my I-130 is pending. What process / documents do you recommend me submitting? Also a sample cover letter would help too.

The approval happened in normal processing time before the "Upgrade".

sv_raj, Q: regarding the I-130 approval for your wife on 04/20: did the approval happen within normal processing with the I-130 filed as PR or with "Upgrade of I-130 to Spouse of US Citizen"?

I had my interview on 06/04 and passed it, but haven't got my oath letter yet. I am a little worried as the officer seems to have messed up my address, as he tried to update the latest address with my old address. Do you know of any one else who interviewed around our dates and who got the oath letter? Thanks, Praveen
