Just heard from our lawyer that our case is with an officer and if we do not hear anything from INS in two weeks our lawyers will need to contact them. Does that mean there is light at the end of the tunnel?

How long does it normally take?

Can you post some details- concurrent or not, RD, FP etc...
Also, did he mention how he's managed to know that ?

They contacted CSC. Our WAC nos start with wac-02-080-*****
2nd FP done..

I think that my lawyer got the same message. My application is with an IIO as of 5/24. Nothing's happened since then.
