filled 3/31st, eb3,rir, N.Y. no news. i heard the n.j. processing times for march, & from the last 2 mths its still 26th april, i dont think n.y is any better.  GOD GIVE US PATIENCE!

eb3,rir,filed march 31st, no news. how do u send the email ? i tried lcstatus02@doleta.gov, & not once in the 100 times i tried did i get through, its always "connection broken or the servers busy" how do u guys manage to get through, please reply, thanks.

EB3, RIR, P.D. 26TH APRIL. hi, no news yet. called the lawyer yesterday, "nothing yet" is the permanent reply.i have given up on hopeing that i\'ll see anything this year. hope someone gets some reply.

No Title im EB3, RIR, P.D. 26th april, & i have not recieved anything, my lawyer who i spoke to on friday said "nothing yet" i hope its true about them doing april 30th, but after 1 year, waiting, im not holding my breath.  good luck & lots of patience to us all.

No Title applications sent before april were given P.D. of 1 mths or less, coz of the flood in apllications recieved in april, the P.D. was given for a longer date, N.J. processing times r syuck in april for the last 3 mths. i just couldnt get exited coz N.Y. has been updated to april...
