I missed the year in my ND: My ND for I140/I485 is 25th march 2004 with a priority date of feb 2001

tiredofw8ing, I am also in the same boat. My ND for I140/I485 is 25th march with a priority date of feb 2001. But, I have not seen any activity on my case, no LUD changes no FPs. I am not sure what order they are following.

No, mine I140 is not yet approved. vikuma, I think you need origianl recipts in cases like if you want to go for renewal of ur Driver's license. In NJ they ask for original reciept notice.

Vijay, Mine is also a labor subs case. Mine got filed in March 3rd week and got recipt this week for both myself & my husband. My suggestion is to check with ur lawyer if they have cashed the cheques he sent them and then contact VSC. Maybe, ur got misplaced in mail.
