Congratulations. I'd my interview this week at different DO and I was asked same questions, including reading and writing:-)

I had my interview this week and it took only 6 minutes to complete everything. IO verified PP and GC and went through the application. Felt like a formality.

Yesterday I had my interview and felt like a formality. IO went through the application to make sure that nothing is changed, then 6 questions, then reading/writing one sentence each and finally congratulations!! It took only 6 minutes to complete every thing.

Finally today I got reschedule letter for 09/28 interview date. However, my wife's case is still in queue for the interview (we both applied together and received previous interview date and deschedule letters together)

Yesterday I sent a letter to CIS Ombudsman explaining my case delays. Based on other posts in this forum, I am hoping that Mr Ombudsman office will follow up on my case too:-). I've read very discouraging experiences with infopass. WBH - any update on your infopass experience?

WBH - thanks for sharing the info. I think I've already completed 16 weeks since my initial interview date. I am not sure if USCIS really care about their own guidelines. No. I didn’t take an infopass. Please keep me posted with your experience.

Nope. I don't even have any issues with employment/employers before and after GC or personal records (no strage names not even a speeding ticket for the past 10 years)

cregan, thanks for the advise. I did receive a deschedule letter. BTW, I will complete 5 year (after GC) clock on 04/23/09 and my original interview date is 04/13/09. I am not sure, if this is any thing to do with deschedule?
