i asked my lawyer abt changing job after gc and he said its ok to do so. so am changing now its been 1.5 months now since i got gc approved

recd plastic card in the mail yesterday...derivative stamping done yesterday RD: 7/11/02 ND: 7/15/02 FP1: 9/6/02 FP2: 3/4/04 AD: 5/28/04 PS: 6/8/04 card ordered: 6/23/04 card recv'd: 7/2/04 now waiting for derivative's card

went to fed plaza today..got there at 12 noon and out at 2:30pm

our last update changed on june 16th and today changed again to approved so there is hope its coming soon... :)

derivatives case approved today :D ..recd 2 emails from uscis..primary case was approved on may 28th 2004 rd:7/11/02 nd:7/15/02 3 eads and 2 fps no rfe

got rfe for photos :mad:

same with my wifes case....i got approved a week ago and my wife's 3rd ead was filed on 2/9/04 and we got an email from bcis that they sent an rfe on june 9th 04 :confused:

gcrk, how long after the gc approval did u change the job. we r in a similar situation..got gc 1 week back and waiting for wifes gc and 3rd ead.todya she got an rfe for ead dunno what it is for :confused:

i got rfe too..today on my wifes ead....am assuming it is for photos.so how did u solve the problem ...did u send new photos?
