I filed Affadavit's from both of my parents as well as BC form the Municipal authority. But the BC from Municipal had a very recent registration date hence the need for Affadavits.

I think the possible reason for no RFE was that I have been with the same sponsoring company from the very begining. Also I have stayed at the same address throughout. My home State/City is Colorado/Denver.

No mine was not concurrent filing. But after a month of filing I-140 the concurrent filing rule came into effect and I was able to file my I-485 before my I-140 approval. I filed in EB2 category.

Like finger printing is there a time period for Name Check also. I called the FBI Name Check program and was told that my Name Check was communicated to BCIS way back in Jan 2003. Does name chaeck has an expiry period also. Thanks.

2nd FP I have my 2nd FP done on April 22 and they were transmitted to the BCIS same day. This is what I was told when I called the FBI. May be some centers do not have capability to transfer them electronically, hence the delay at some centers.

I got my EAD renewal, it is effective from 7/24/2004 for one year as my current EAD is valid upto 7/23/2004. So seems now there is no overlap
