2nd fingerprint

I just got my 2nd fingerprint,but no reference and no update in the website. Is there anyone known when I can get the reference and why my husband who is the primary applicant do not get the fingerprint. Thanks!

Check the site after 20 days, it seems it takes at least three weeks.

I did the finger printing twice, but the website never got updated.
