    I got the RFE after almost 3 weeks. Employment verification RFE. RFE sent 1/27- received by USMail 2/17 How long does it take for the INS to approve when the response reaches them.

    the address is correct I have verified that many many times with USCIS and they even sent those EAD's and AP's So know they should not f-up this. Even my attorneys have not received it.

    i was issued a RFE 1/27/04 and still waiting for it to get to my lawyers. hope it will get there soon. I am hardly sleeping.Need a couple of tequila shots to calm my nerves.
