When is the deadline date for the RFE since it is issued? One month? Two months?

have you received your RFE yet.if yes then what is it??
I called that 1-800 number and they were of no help.

My lawyer hasn't received RFE. We don't know what it is about. I haven't tried calling 800 number.

12 WEEKS

"if you fail to respond to the RFE within 12 weeks, your petition will be denied"

They will calculate the due date and print it on the cover letter for the RFE. Look for a date printed sideways on the cover.

I saw my RFE message on 01/29/2004. Haven't heard from my lawyer yet. Do keep us posted on your RFE when you hear about it. Hope we come to what what the RFE is all about soon.

My lawyer just told me they received my RFE in mail today (2/3/2004). It was issued on 01/27/2004. The Officer handling my case wants an employment verification letter. The letter is due 04/20/2004.

Lawyer got the RFE letter today (02/04/2004). RFE asks for Confirmation of Employment, Description of Employment and Company's ability to pay offered wage.
