Well, this very day I called up BCIS as we have a case that has gone over 180 days. The woman I spoke to told me that for EB1 non Concurrent it is now taking 7 months ? ! Crazy.

My details are in the spreedsheet, March 8, EB1 non concurrent taking absolutely forever. We went through the same process last year for someone else and they were all approved by now. Non Concurrent is taking much longer than concurrent which is incredibly frustrating.

I do not think BCIS will be able to. Either employer or the bank that cashed the check, but unless it is your account that the check was drwan on that is no go either.

well my status did show and now it doesn't, wonder what that means. I sincerely hope it means they are finally looking at my case.
