How long does it take after RFE

MY online status for I-140 indicates that they received the response for the RFE(related to company's ability to pay) on Sept 8th.

How long does it usually take after they receive the RFE response.

Spreadsheet indicates that people got approval within a couple days after BCIS received the response to RFE. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I am starting to worry :)

I wish they would atleast approve my EAD.
 
Receipt Notice!

Hi ALL,

My case was sent to Nebraska last week. My attorney has not received the LIN number yet.

How long does it take to get the receipt notice for I-140 ?

STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL.

EAD APPROVAL DATE: 07/24/03, FINGERPRINTING IN MAY/2003

CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR MY CASE TO OPEN. i HAVE SEEN MANY CASES WHERE THEY TOOK JUST 2 OR 3 DAYS FOR APPROVE A RFE CASE ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE RESPONSE. MY CASE IS PENDING MORE THAN 20DAYS NOW.

ALSO PLEASE POST THE CHANCES OF GETTING 140 APPROVAL AS MY EAD APPROVED.

yes case is under EB3 concurrent

My I-140 has Approved Today in the morning.

BCIS took 4 months and 8 days to approve my case.

EB3 Concurrent-- RIR- RD :5/19/03. ND 05/23/03

Hi there,

this is all real useful data. I just wanted to see if anyone was aware of any reasons that BCIS have given if any for the increasing differences between concurrent and non-concurrent processing.

Are they still saying 150-180 days, as far as I can see they are ?

With the phone number changes at BCIS, I very much doubt you could get a consistent answer when you are at 180 + days.

I am frustrated by the length of time this is taking, anyone have any words of inspiration ?

what is your fileing( concurrent or non-concurrent processing)?
Did you notice any difference in time frame for processing Conc and NonConc? Please let me know
 
My details are in the spreedsheet, March 8, EB1 non concurrent taking absolutely forever. We went through the same process last year for someone else and they were all approved by now.

Non Concurrent is taking much longer than concurrent which is incredibly frustrating.

Company's ability to pay. Lawyer did not include any documents related to it when she filed for I-140.

We provided company's annual report after we got the RFE.

are you really non concurrent? i have you marked as non concurrent but i have EAD and AP dates of approval. please let us know when you filed for 485 and whether i shd update the spreadsheet marking you as semi concurrent.

Question: I am not in position to get experience certificates from my previous employers (obvious reason! Left the companies without serving notice period.) What options are available for me?
