Hi All,

EB2 Concurrent - processing around Jul 1st this week.
EB3 Concurrent - processing around Jun 10th.

there is not enough data to conclude anything else. EB2 non concurrent/CP in my opinion is around mid march.

semi concurent is think is in waves somewhere between the concurrent and the non concurrent ones.
 
BCIS Online Status

Anyone having trouble accessing case status online. When I try to access my case status it tells me that I my access is blocked because I have entered an invalid receipt number. My receipt number is valid and I was able to access my case status till yesterday. Maybe the system is down.

this is the message i get

The purpose of the Customer Relationship Interface System is to give customers and their representatives access to case status information on their applications in our electronic inventory. To ensure that customers have full access to check on their cases, we use several volume limits.

You received this message because you repeatedly entered invalid receipt numbers.

If you believe the problem may be that you simply repeatedly made mistakes typing in the specific receipt numbers you wish to check, you can close your browser, come right back and try again. If you are blocked when you try again, it is because you either repeated your mistake or because your total volume of inquiries over the past 24 hours has at that point exceeded our overall volume limit, in which case you will be blocked for a period of time.

well for sure I can access it right now so I do not think the system is down.

If you (or someone using the same IP address, maybe behind a company firewall presenting the same IP) has tried to access a certain number of incorrect status numbers, perhaps by running a scanning programme (as you can see if you search the other posts) then this error would show.

I suggest if you can you access the web site via an alternate IP address, or failing that wait 24hrs and as long as no one has done this again you should be OK.

Processing Time

I just checked my online status for I-140 and I-485 and the new days that I got was 30-60 days for I-1 40 and 60-90 days for I-485.

Are these the new processing days for a case at NSC?
 
Change in Processing times

I think the new processing times are a result of several BCIS programs sunsetting as of Sept 2003, also October marks the beginning of the new fiscal year for the BCIS. Regardless, don't count on your application being processed within the timeframe stated on the BCIS website.

Well, this very day I called up BCIS as we have a case that has gone over 180 days. The woman I spoke to told me that for EB1 non Concurrent it is now taking 7 months ? !

Crazy.
