Did you file in EB2/EB3 and Concurrent/NonConcurrent...

Which service center did you file??

I have seen the same posting in the VSC I140 tracker too.. Did you file your I-140 in NSC??

Hi Vadi,

Get an Experience letter from your friends or supervisor who worked with you in those companies, in their CURRENT company letterhead stating that you worked as XXXXX in YYYYYY company from xx-xx-xxxx to xx-xx-xxxx and your job responsibilities were XXXXxxxxxx. (Make sure that this matches with the skill sets in labor certificate). This letter must show the Name, current Job title of the person who writes this letter.

Just my opinion. Hope this helps.

Proof of experience

Hi Vadi,

Nashi gave an excellent suggestion.
I know of one friend who just did that and it was OK.
Infact, he also gave the payslips etc..

Sometimes, you can also get some letters from the clients directly rather than from the employer.

I140-RFE

EB3 Concurrent filing. Nebraska Center. But posted in Vermont too (Hoping to get advice from larger community)
Thanks for your advice.
I am trying to reach my previous employers and request for the exp. letters, I think they will provide the letters.
I am planning for the worst case scenario.
 
Update

last couple weeks my I-140 Receipt said "Not found" while phone said "Approved"

Well, just checked, now website is updated, and says "Approved Sept 15".

Three Approved Dates down, one to go... Too bad this is the longest one. See y'all on the 485 thread in 2005 :(
 
RFE I-140

I submitted a reference letter from one of the clients. INS found a letter from a company that was not mentioned any where else and letter had wordings “I hired……”. I think this letter might have caused confusion.

There is an Update on my case.

Case details
I-140 RD/ND 05/21/2003 - RFE issued 09/26/2003
I485/AP/EAD - RD 08/14/2003, ND 08/19/2003

So far lawyer has not received the RFE notice. I will post the RFE details once I know what it is.

Meanwhile wish me luck fellas !

Applying from Nebraska Service Center

Hi,
My company has offices in PA and SD.
I had got my labor cleared from PA.
Is it possible for my company to apply my I-140/485 to the Nebraska Service Center instead of the Vermont Service Center?

I want to apply to Nebraska as its faster in I-140 approvals etc.

Mine is actually "semi-concurrent". I filed my I485, I131 & I765 after I received my I140 receipt letter. I originally misunderstood the definition of "concurrent". So, technically mine is concurrent, but I though I should call it "semi-concurrent" to differentiate mine from those who file everything at the same time.

Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Folks,

My I-140 Applicaion was filed on Jan/14/2003 and its still pending. Its semi concurrent because after getting the receipt of I-140 my I-485 was filed.

Does anybody know if this kind of case is pending for others also ?

Hi there, to me from what I have seen on this forum and others this is quite unusual as concurrent have been getting processed quite quickly. I assume you have checked the online system etc.

Good luck anyway.
