I got some clue regarding Nov case

AmitGreen: I did not claim that XXX and RD has any relation. I just showed how ND and XXX in EAC number relate. Eg: Your ND is Dec 17 ( 67 days, b/w Oct 1 and Dec 17, minus 2 holidays = 65 working days). therefore your EAC is 02065. whether INS uses RD or ND, I do not know.

I got some clue regarding Nov case

decoding of EAC EAC is a function of ND and not RD. All the EAC numbers follow the following format xx-xxx-xxxxx XX- refers to the fiscal year (starting from Oct) XXX- date on which your petition was entered in INS database ( please note that it counts 6 days a week and not 5 days)...

    Friend needs help

There is a good probability that he gets approved by march 31st. since he/she is on AOS, he can wait for EAD to come and find another job. Technically he/she does not need to worry. To find another job in this market is tough but not impossible. i know it is tough time for everyone. best of...

    documents for EB1-EA

I would suggest you collect every bit of information that claims that you are extra-ordinary in what you have been doing. Documents like, publication of papers, citation, awards, speaking in international conferences, editorship, and more than 7 grand references. A compilation of all these...

    NIW without employment ??

I will suggest to get a very competent lawyer and explore the possibility of EB1-EA. In my view, most of the cases of NIW can be easily interperated as EA cases. Input from a good lawyer will make all the difference.

    serious issue

Thanks Guys, my gut feeling was similar to Brian. I have an impeccable immigration history and i did not want to do anything to smear it. I decided not to go to Germany and requested them for alternative ways of conducting it further if they are still interested. They have decided to do it...

    serious issue

Thanks guys: FYI, the lawyer's argument is: I will be asked the name of employer at POE. At that time, I cannot use the old employer's name as it will be construed an immigration fraud. Since I am on EB1-EA, I do not need a specific employer for the case to pursue and I could demonstrate that...

    quick question

    NIW or EB1 EA?

Go for EB1-EA. NIW is tough to justify in the cases of economics etc. I am sure, some attorneys must have done it. Looking at Jim's comment here, he seems to be of high calibre category. You might think of contacting him and exploring it. In my view, EA sounds a better option.

    quick question about EB1-EA

Let us hear an expert opinion from Jim on this. Please elaborate as to what you mean by "probably no problem on this case". Hypothetically, suppose I get RFE related to my current job and suppose I do not have an offer. How will you handle it in that case.
