Clarification on classifications

Hi all,

My I140 (ND 07/07/2002) is filed through EB1(a) and is pending.

When I check the VSC processing times page it lists I140 for Alien Worker E11, 12, 13, 21, 31, 32, W3.

Which one of these do I refer to being an EB1(a)?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

you should have got a decision on that by now. But the delay could be because of the 'temp freeze' in Dec '02.

my lawyers said to expect a decision in march/april.

what temp freeze in dec?

do you know of any decision on similar cases from VCS recently?
