Check carefully about the VSC processing time, they are doing a trick here. 11/15/01 is in fact the ND, the receipt notice date.

Most november cases approved so far that we know of and also if you check rupnet, the ND is in december. So, if you are not sure, please refrain from posting incorrect data.

The fact is VSC is far far away from processing RD11-15-01

Only about 10% of Nov '01 RD cases are currently approved, needless to say that all aporoved Nov cases are all before Nov. 15

it is RD AND not ND

it is rd and not ND.

there are people with rd in the end of Nov has also been approved. my RD is 11/28 with ND = 12/13 and I got approved on 3/12/03.

Check the processing time from www.shusterman.com, I think you need download http://www.shusterman.com/pdf/vsc.pdf.
Read the top line carefully.
