I have I485 pending for my self and my wife. I am on H1 and wife has got EAD and advanced parole. I got my H1 renewed but does she also need to get her H4 and I94 renewed. I am under the impression that since she is on EAD, H4 and I94 renewal no longer applies to her, Is this understanding...

Response to my RFE was received by INS on Dec 20th and I am still waiting to hear something back.

Takes 3 months+ In my case it took more than 3 months (15 feb to 20 Jun) for files to just arrive at new location from TSC to NSC. Then they again go back into the queue at new location.
