my experience My AP was approved acording AVM but never got it. After about 1 month, my lawyer called and INS said they will send a new one ( or old one?). So just call INS and have them re-send.

Somehow I believe they are being told to slow down i-485. While they have nothing to do, they just invent something to keep their jobs.

One possible reason is.... INS wanted to updtae to EAD or AP cases but put to 485 by mistake.

I am thinking to relocate to TX form CA. The approval pattern for TX is pretty different. There are 2002 ND approvals and 2001 ND waiting for approval. Anyone know how long would I have to wait if I transfer to TSC. Please help. thanks!

Called IIO Same here. WAC-02-115-XXXXX. FP Done sometime in March @ San Jose. (Originally @ Oakland but did earlier) Called IIO 2 days ago, she said "FP received everything fine, case not assign".
