Friends, I understand we can apply and have EAD approved at hand, while still maintaining H1 status, am I right? I want to apply EAD now but do not want to use it untill my 180-day period and I-140 approval. Hope by having EAD at hand I'm not jeopardizing H1b status. Thanks,
