When to file I-693

Hi,

I have just filed I-140/I-485, but I haven't filed I-693 (Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status)

Please let me know, when and how should I file Form I-693 for my employer-based 'Adjustment of status"

It should have been along with I-485

I believe, the medical reports are submitted along with I-485 application.
