No AVM chnaged in 11 months I don't know if update of AVM or online msg should be of any concern, as I fingerprinted in June 2002 but never got any update in msg. After that I got my 2nd EAD and AP so I believe that everything should be alright. LIN02148, ND- APR 1, 02

It wouldn't hurt to inform INS and have proof of that. It will help you in case your old employer try to revoke 140 then you will have something to show to INS. It's clearly mentioned in AC-21 that you should inform INS about it. I did inform them. Good Luck.

Hi, My 485 pending and I am working on EAD. I have AP. Since I don't know when 485 is going to approve (or not :)), Is it advisable to travel India specially looking into SARS, tougher immigration laws andmore scruitining at Airports? Is there any scare you can be denied entry?

I don't know about this policy. But trying to be oversmart I applied my Renewal 6 months back. Here is the details 1st EAD valid till June, 03 2nd Ead applied in Jan 03 (just to be safeside) Got the new EAD valid from Mar 03 to Mar 04, What a policy. Hope you will be carefull on this...

Thanks cool, One more question, when I am leaving at Airport what paper I am going to submit as my I-94 is expired already. Should I submit 485 receipt and no I-94. As you understand these guys at Airport are simply foolish and don't understand their own govet's rule.
