Hi All, I have been working in the US for the past 8 years. I recently got my H1 renewed. In the I129 application, my attorney has mentioned Delhi as the consulate. Does this mean I can only have my visa stamped in Delhi or can I get it stamped at any consulate in Canada? Thanks

United Nations, I am yet to receive a copy of the new pre-approved labor. Should get it in a day or two. Will post as soon as i receive it. Just to be on the safe side i am also filing fresh labor as backup option in case my I140 gets rejected for some reason.
