I129 - Visa Stamp Question

Hi All,

I have been working in the US for the past 8 years. I recently got my H1 renewed. In the I129 application, my attorney has mentioned Delhi as the consulate. Does this mean I can only have my visa stamped in Delhi or can I get it stamped at any consulate in Canada?

Please let me know what you decided? I am in the same boat, my H1 approval notice says Chennai consulate. I am also looking to going to Canada.

Please advice...
