    Processing Times Doubt for I-485

    Service Center in Missouri may be called National (benefit )Center where JIT for I-485 is April, 2003. However, I do not who files their cases to that center.

    In my case, the (800) phone number says the case has been approved. Have you checked the phone system?

    I got RFE (Dec, 2002) as the same as the others: W-2 and EVL, however, the sentences is organised differently. "An employer letter will indicate you are still work in the field in which you applied for immgration although the employer letter is not necessary for this category". Anyway...

    called BCIS - NEW STORY CALL AFTER ONE MONTH {NOT ANYMORE 20 MONTHS}

    Does not matter how many months My case is before JIT (02-033), and I got response from CSC, "your cases are still pending"in letter, no any more words.

    RD is Oct, but ND is Nov I mailed it on Oct. 1, 2001, and RD is 10/03/2001, but ND is 11/07/01. In fact, INS almost did not send out notices in Oct.

    WHY AC21 is not for EB1-OR

    EB1A I got REF from CSC "Provide an EL to show you have a permanent job although I understand the EL is not necessary for EB1A" Therefore, depending on the officer.
