Thanks for creating this survey gettingclosernow .. the poll will automatically close in 5 days.

I added an option "My fp hasn't expired yet" .. so people who'se fp hasn't expired could vote on that and see the results (versus some lazy bumm just clicking somewhere, skewing the results so he can see the results easily).

Once we have this results, I will post them at some commonly visible location. We can repeat this poll say in a month or two to get a progress update.

For people who vote for - My FP hasn't expired yet would have to go to the earlier poll to tell how far they are in the game.
Can these 2 polls be in a single thread, and still be 2 different polls?

Nope. I couldn't find a way to do that.

Joey, mine was Feb 1st 2002, and I still haven't heard anything.

did the first one on Dec. 1, 2001 and received the notice
on April 20, and did on May 15, 2003 (02-033-)

Could somebody please tell me if I can initiate fax inquiry on the basis that my fp would expire in 90 days?
My lawyer refuses to fax inquiries unless the JIT is past 30 days my ND.
Also, is it okay for me to fax my inquiry rather than beg lawyer.
